Hi, There is an issue with PayPal’s enhanced checkout. You can read more about this here:
Are the emails and everything else working like it should?
IvyMemberHi, I believe you just need an update as we have removed the accordion effect from the admin section of the eMember. This was causing some issues on a few sites. The following post will explain more about how updates work:

IvyMemberI received the email with the information. We will be taking a look at this shortly.
IvyMemberHi, After you made the transfer did you make sure to deactivate and reactivate the plugin?
IvyMemberHi, Yes this was a bug that got introduced in an earlier patch. We fixed it already. All you need to do is request an update here and this should fix the issue you are having:
IvyMemberHi, Can you please run a test transaction with the debug turned on? If you need help reading the debug log please let us know.

IvyMemberI agree a combination of Posts and Pages is the best way to go. Also since you are new to WordPress I wanted to link you a few articles that might help you:
There is a plugin here called “Exclude Pages” that maybe handy for you as it allows you to exclude pages from you nav bar. This is very useful if you are going to have a lot of product pages or other pages you don’t want in your nav bar.
Another good article is this one (why it is important to pick a properly coded theme from the start):
IvyMemberHi, Let’s answer each question one by one.
1.) FAILURE :Invalid Seller Paypal Email Address – I had a look on PayPal’s site and it looks like this issue can be caused for one of the following reasons.
- Invalid email format.
- The email address is not confirmed.
2.) Did you do a test transaction with the debug on this should tell us a little more about what is happening. You can read more about the debug here:

If you need help reading the debug log please let me know.
3.) The following post will explain more about the different type buttons and their usage:
4.) I believe you are using the Thesis theme there is a simple fix for the large image size you can find this here:

IvyMemberHi, No it does not matter which one you install first. When I do an install I usually start with eStore as this is kind of like the base plugin as all of our other plugins integrate with it. But again it really does not matter what order you install them in.

- Is Auto Return turned on in PayPal? When auto return is turned on PayPal does not post the data needed by the plugin after the purchase. They only do this when the return to merchant button is clicked.
- Was PayPals new enhanced checked use if so please see the following post on this:

IvyMemberHi, I had a look at your site. There is a plugin conflict with the Adsense Manager Plugin by Martin Fitzpatrick. When this plugin is active it is blocking the JQuery from loading the content in the eMember.
IvyMemberHi, We will need to take a closer look at your site. I will send you a site access request via email. If you do not receive this email please let me know.
