With the eMember are you using the “Automatically Create WordPress User” option?
This looks like the email from WordPress when a new WordPress user has been created.
The download methods are the different configuration for the download to be served to the customer. Each sever is configured differently so you may need to use one of these different methods.

Since you are using the eStore why not use the save cart feature?
Enable Save and Retrieve Cart Feature
If enabled your customers will be able to save the content of their cart and retrieve it at a later time and continue shopping.

You need to make sure that you save the language file in UTF-8 format after you do the modifications otherwise the accented characters may have issues. There are a few free text editors that lets you save a file in UTF-8 format. Here is one that I use:
Yes, it would definitely be one of your security plugins blocking eStore to use WordPress’s media uploader. You will need to do the following test and see which plugin it is:

Regarding the memory error… you will need to contact your hosting provider to increase your PHP memory limit.
