Problem – Denied access for downloading e-Store addon (shortcodes plugin)

Hi, I purchased one of your bundles / packages which included the eStore plugin (plus also Affiliate, eMember, PDF Stamper & also your theme), and I just downloaded the latest versions of each, however when I went to download the latest version of the additional shortcodes plugin, I received this (incorrect) message telling me that I did not purchase the plugin! –

Clicking the ‘Show Available AddOns’ button will lookup your purchase record and then display the available AddOn download links

You did not purchase the WP eStore plugin.

I have not had this problem before when downloading the shortcodes addon plugin.

Can you please fix this error ASAP? – I’d also suggest that it would be easier if the addon download link was also included with the other download links sent with the update request email (as that way it will not be forgotten when upgrading the plugin…. older versions are not always compatible).

I fixed up your purchases so they use the same email address. I used your forum email address so you should be able to get the add-ons now. Please try this and let me know if you have any issues.

i just asked if there is a option for an shortcode like [wp_eStore_download_now_button_with_stamping id=1] but only in fancy style…???

hey

thanks for the tip but the stamper doesnt work… the member should click on fancy-download and gets the stamped pdf…is this possible with any shortcode?

The only eMember and stamping shortcode at this time is the plain download now button.
