Please check this checklist to make sure you did not make any mistakes explained there:
We requested you to update your plugin which you didn’t do. I just updated your plugin and tested a digital variation link generation from the “Admin Functions” menu and it worked for me. Please check it out now.
1. Empty your “Debug Logs” by hitting the reset debug log button in eStore settings menu.
2. Click on the Encrypted download link
3. Share the content of the full debug log file named “download_manager_debug.log”

Probably a good idea to keep your affiliates page open.
Disable the fancy login option from the settings menu of eMember. Simply uncheck the “Enable Fancy Login Widget” field. When you have JavaScript conflicts on the page (coming from poorly coded theme or plugin) the fancy login does not work as it relies on JavaScript to work properly on the page.

eStore uses a very lightweight lightbox library to make sure it doesn’t affect the site performance negatively. This lightweight lightbox library does not have many customization options. You can turn off the lightbox from eStore and use another robust lightbox plugin for your customization purpose. Any lightbox plugin/library that picks up the “rel=lightbox” property will work. We use plain text email in eStore to make sure customer can download the product without any hassle (the main job of the email sent by eStore is to deliver the content). HTML emails can look nicer but not all of your customers will be using a mail client that can read HTML emails so you will start running into problems there.
Added CSS classes for this. You should be able to check it using firebug and customize it. This article might come in handy:

You can also open the “eStore_includes3.php” file and search for the following function to see what actually gets outputted:
eStore_save_trans_result_for_thank_you_page_displayOkay… that would mean that this happens on a bigger page with more options (the main settings page have a lot of option fields). This type of issue is related to your server having very low allocated PHP memory. When processing the options value if PHP runs out of the allocated memory it would show that blank/empty page. Contact your hosting provider and ask them what the “PHP memory limit” is set to on this server. Increase this value and then try the saving the options again.
