Hi,
I just tried the widget today. I am using all of the current versions of WordPress, eStore, eMember…, and just about every other plugin you wrote.
“Login” link is not linking to anything. “Join Today!” works fine.
Here is one page where it exists. http://booksbypam.com/bookstore/freebies/join-us.
I am capable of changing the php code myself but would like some direction to where to go to fix. I don’t understand php, I can just read a bit of what you wrote and muddle through.
Actually, it doesn’t work on any pages either. Any page that requires login toe view content has is message:
“Please Login to view this Content.(Not a member? Join Today!)”
“Login” looks like a link on mouse over but nothing happens. You can see an example of that here http://booksbypam.com/bookstore/freebies.
I must have a setting wrong but can’t discover it. Please help when you can.
Thank, Pam
Disable the fancy login option from the settings menu of eMember. Simply uncheck the “Enable Fancy Login Widget” field. When you have JavaScript conflicts on the page (coming from poorly coded theme or plugin) the fancy login does not work as it relies on JavaScript to work properly on the page.
That worked. I know I need to switch to Remix (which I have purchased). Just haven’t gotten around to it.
Thanks!
Can anyone tell me where I can look to pretty up this widget? For example,I’d like to remove the “Hello,” change it or at least correct the spacing. Right now it looks like so…
Hello,Login to start. Not a member? Join Today!
Just a bit jumbled at the beginning of the line.
Thanks so much!
I’m sorry. I can see that it’s my theme. Working on changing.
The default WordPress twenty ten or twenty elevens themes are properly coded too and they look pretty good, so just use them.
