I installed the WP eStore and WP PDF Stamper. Everything set up fine and when I tested with the sample PDF supplied from your site all worked fine.
When I use my own PDF the sale goes through and the link is generated in the Thank you page and email BUT the downloaded PDF is 0 bytes and obviously corrupted.
When I look on the server the file is actually fine and properly stamped. Why do I get a 0 byte file from the link?
Urgent help in this matter is requested as the shop cannot open till this issue is solved.
Please check this checklist to make sure you did not make any mistakes explained there:
I have gone through the above checklist and all suggestions were done but still no success.
As I mentioned the supplied pdf from your site works fine. My pdf stamps but the download link gives a 0 byte file.
Out of curiosity, how large are both the original and stamped files?
Also, are you able to download non-stamped versions of the file?
And that using the manual stamping operation gives no errors?
Ok the original file is 10.99mb and the stamped file is 11.07mb.
I can download non-stamped version fine.
I can manually stamp the file and successfully download.
If you enable the debug logs, and then reset them, what do you see after a download attempt; in the download_manager_debug.log file?
