Just wondering if it is possible to modify the appearance of the email the buyer receives after purchase somehow to be more consistent with the look of the emails that would be sent from mailchimp using a header graphic, formatting the text css, etc? I tried searching through the forums but haven’t been able to find an answer to how this would be possible. Is there somewhere specific I could go in and add this formatting manually? Thanks!
We use plain text email in eStore to make sure customer can download the product without any hassle (the main job of the email sent by eStore is to deliver the content). HTML emails can look nicer but not all of your customers will be using a mail client that can read HTML emails so you will start running into problems there.
