1) Go to the “3rd Party Integration” tab in eStore settings
2) Scroll down to the bottom and hit the “Update” button (don’t worry about changing any value)
3) Do you see the white/blank page after you perform step 2?

adminKeymasterIf you say that when you test it works then the integration has been done correctly for sure (otherwise it wouldn’t work… the plugin treats every affiliate sale the same way).
I would recommend you check the following with your customer and make sure they didn’t make these mistakes:
– Clicking on the affiliate link properly to drop the cookie in the first place
– Investigate the link to make sure it actually has the correct “Affiliate ID” in the link (I have seen people make a typo in the affiliate ID when they create the link manually).
– Request him/her to tell you the steps that they performed to make the purchase (this way you will be able to see if they missed a step or avoiding something).
adminKeymasterThe total discount amount is applied to all the individual items in the cart because of security reasons. At the post payment verification stage, the plugin checks the value of each individual item against their corresponding prices in the database to detect fraudulent payment notification. This is why eStore distributes the discount amount across all the items in the cart so they can be individually checked in the post payment stage rather than just relying on the total amount which can be faked by experienced hackers.
In your situation I suggest using a percentage (%) based coupon code (example: 20% off)

October 1, 2011 at 3:43 am in reply to: Can the Affiliate ID be changed from the admin control panel? #37185adminKeymasterAffiliate IDs cannot be changed once it is created in the system (this ID unique and is linked to other tables in the plugin so changing this can cause issues). If you made a mistake when creating the affiliate, simply delete the account and create a new one with the correct ID.

1) Go to the Pages/forms settings menu of eMember
2) Enter a value in the “Password Reset Page” field (the help text of this field will guide you)
3) Now refresh the page and check it out.
adminKeymasterAfter the update empty the cache (if you are using a caching plugin) then refresh the page… the caching can make that HTML code get stuck there.
If that doesn’t help then do the following:
1) Go to the Pages/forms settings menu of eMember
2) Enter a value in the “Password Reset Page” field (the help text of this field will guide you)
3) Now refresh the page and check it out.
