I’ve recorded a video detailing the problem:

Please do this testing for me:

    1) Go to the “3rd Party Integration” tab in eStore settings

    2) Scroll down to the bottom and hit the “Update” button (don’t worry about changing any value)

    3) Do you see the white/blank page after you perform step 2?

Okay… that would mean that this happens on a bigger page with more options (the main settings page have a lot of option fields). This type of issue is related to your server having very low allocated PHP memory. When processing the options value if PHP runs out of the allocated memory it would show that blank/empty page. Contact your hosting provider and ask them what the “PHP memory limit” is set to on this server. Increase this value and then try the saving the options again.

Hmm. It’s still not working. Any idea as to what else may be causing the problem?

What PHP memory limit did you set it to?

Also, what happens if you try to save the settings by keeping the “Email Body” field values empty?

Okay the version of the eStore plugin you had was an illegal copy of the plugin (we have a signature to identify if a copy is genuine or not). Read this post so you don’t have any vulnerability on your site

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/i-had-an-illegal-copy-of-the-plugin-and-my-site-is-acting-weird-what-do-i-do

You had some bad characters in the “Random Code” field which was triggering the mod rewrite security of your site and preventing the page from being processed. I reset those settings and it is working fine now.

    I’m having a similar problem

the changes made to the main settings won’t save when I hit update.

the page will either refresh and return to the default values, or show me my home page at [http://MYSITE.com/wp-admin/admin.php/?page=wp_eStore_settings] after clicking update, with the values still returning to the default.

also after hitting update on this page my installed plugins page goes blankl

All the other pages update without a problem it is just the main settings page that won’t save.

    other useful information

I just upgraded to Wp Estore 6.7.2

I am on a shared hosting plan

my wordpress memory is set to 128 so far

my host said that I’d be able to increase my memory with a php.ini file if so needed, however they did not tell me how to create one.

    new details,

I was able to upgrade my memory to 256MB by creating a php.ini file and placing it in the plugins folder of wordpress

according to the WP-Memory-Usage plugin I’m only using 38.16MB of the 256MB

the blank page problem on my plugins page disapears once I signout of wordpress; however, whenever I update the main settings page of the e-store plugin it reoccurs; and none of the updates are saved.

I also have WP Affiliate Platform installed, and have no problems with changing main settings of that plugin (incase this helps).

This shouldn’t be a memory issue anymore. I have a feeling there is a mod_rewrite issue that is preventing the settings from being saved. I have sent you an email to get access to the site so I can investigate it.

As suspected, the mod_rewrite rule on your server was preventing the settings from being saved. I have tweaked the plugin slightly so this won’t be an issue anymore. I have given you an update which will fix this.
