October 21, 2011 at 11:02 pm in reply to: reCaptcha Not Showing Up Correctly – How to Implement Different Captcha? #37794adminKeymaster
Have you enabled reCAPTCHA from the settings menu of the eMember plugin? It’s a service from Google so you will need to specify the API details before it will show up.
October 21, 2011 at 10:57 pm in reply to: Error with Section Protection and WP e-Commerce Plugin #37611adminKeymasterI do not know how WP eCommerce implemented this shortcode that you are having trouble with so can’t really help as its not our plugin. you can try the tweak on this page to see if it makes a difference:
adminKeymasterI can add a product, checkout and land on the PayPal payment page fine (could have been a temporary issue with the server). Are you still seeing this error?
adminKeymasterAuthorize.net AIM doesn’t require any loging in. Your customers simply pay via credit card. So I am not sure what you are referring to.
adminKeymasterGlad to hear that. The PDT data is not present in the URL which is why eStore is not doing anything (for some reason PayPal was having a hard time posting data to that page with the permalink structure you had).
adminKeymasterYou can have as many “Members Only Download” page as you want (each containing the links for the corresponding video). So each of your membership levels can have a separate member’s only download page. For example:
Silver Member Only Content
– Place the links to the videos for this membership level on this page
– Protect this page so only silver members can access this page
– When someone pays for this level he can only see this presentation
Gold Member Only Content
– Place the links to the videos for this membership level on this page
– Protect this page so only gold members can access this page
– When someone pays for this level he can only see this presentation
I am sure you get the idea.
adminKeymasterAnother helpful post on this topic:
October 21, 2011 at 10:53 am in reply to: Adjust text formatting for "Shopping Cart is Empty" / "Items in Your Cart" #37762adminKeymasterI see… Please post a link to the page where you have the shopping cart.
adminKeymasterCan you please post another screenshot that shows the address bar on your thank you page after the redirection.
adminKeymasterMost likely an issue with the name of the role (if it’s not matching then it will act abnormal). Have you customized your default WordPress role names? Have you deleted a role name from the role scoper plugin but it is still specified in eMember’s role section?
Please do the following (Just to make sure that the issue is not resulting from a custom modification or unwanted code changes):
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s). The specific update instruction for the plugin in question can be accessed from here:

adminKeymasterI don’t know of any reason why it shouldn’t work.
October 21, 2011 at 6:15 am in reply to: search function not displaying quantity and add to cart button #29094adminKeymasterIt comes from the extra shortcodes plugin. So look in the “eStore-extra-shortcodes.php” file in that plugin (find the following function in that file):
wp_eStore_product_search_handler
adminKeymasterPlease upgrade the eMember plugin as mentioned in this post:

October 21, 2011 at 6:08 am in reply to: Adjust text formatting for "Shopping Cart is Empty" / "Items in Your Cart" #37760adminKeymasterYou can customize which graphic or text appears when the cart is empty by specifying the value in the “Text or Image to Show When the Cart is Empty” field of the eStore settings menu.
The other text comes from the language file which you can customize following this instruction:
October 21, 2011 at 6:04 am in reply to: Assign multiple level purchases to single member login #35076adminKeymasterThis shouldn’t be an issue as long as the member has an account already. When you have a member account you can buy multiple items in one go and the plugin will add all those items to your member account. For first time signup payment (when you don’t have an account or anything) you can’t buy 5 items as the plugin won’t have any way of determining the primary level.
If it helps, you can modify your member registration flow so that users have to sign up first before they can make a purchase (see the 3rd scenario):
