Yeah Added an option for this. Go to the following settings section and check the “Add Another Stats Menu for Users with Author Role” checkbox:
WP eStore Settings -> AddOn Settings -> Affiliate Platform Specific SettingsThis will add another stats menu in the dashboard and any user with a author or higher role will have access to this eStore stats menu.
“I would like it to work like it would in a web site” – This means you need to send an HTML email (keep in mind that all of your users may not be using an email client that can read HTML emails).
With that said, you just write the email using HTML code. An easy way to get HTML code without good HTML knowledge is to create a new WordPress page and add content to this page however you want it to look. When you are done, click on the “HTML” view which will give you the HTML code for that content.
Sorry to assume that you were using eStore. The original poster of this thread mentioned eStore, eMember and affiliate so I assumed you are using eStore too.
Please post a link to the exact documentation page that you have followed to complete your integration (this will help me understand your setup). The affiliate plugin relies on the eCommerce side (the payment buttons) to be integrated correctly (without any details on this I am in the dark).
If you know that the URL of an image that you specified is correct then you can ignore that error message (obviously the image URL validity check from the plugin is failing). It is only shown to the admin of the site when saving the product. It does not have any bearing when your web page actually gets rendered.
We will add an email tag for the phone number that can be used in the “Registration Complete Email”.
By default eMember will protect the content of your post, pages, comment etc (not navigation menu). It doesn’t matter if someone can see a Navigation item because when they land on the page the content of the page is protected and it will prompt them to login before they can see any protected content.
eMember has functions that you can use to custom code your nav menu so only the items you want to show to your non-member will be visible. This post will explain:

A sale will only show up in the affiliate sales/comm data if it came from an affiliate. Are you sure that those sales came from an affiliate?
Do you have the “One Time Commission for Subscription Payment” checkbox checked in the following section of eStore?

Most of these audio players will have a shortcode that you can just place in the description field of eStore (The description field can accept HTML so you can design it however you like). When you use a fancy display it will show the audio player which lets your users play the mp3 file.
yeah sure.. please send me the “subscription_handle_debug.log” file in the email. Also mention the time frame when this users account got set to inactive so I can check around that time.
Thank you for the details. It looks like the work of a caching plugin. You are actually looking at a cached version of that page (which was cached in a logged in state of this other user). Are you using any caching plugin? If you are then which caching plugin?
