Although our clients are using coupon codes (what works perfectly – the number of available coupons is decreasing when a coupon is used), the used codes do not show up in the WP eStore plugin section “Manage Customers” – the “Coupon Code Used” field is empty.
Any solution?
Thank you.

Upgrading the plugin with a fresh build should help. Please get a fresh build of the plugin from here and give it a go:
November 9, 2011 at 3:37 pm #34421kruttenMemberI have the same issue and have rebuilt a couple times for other issues, which hasn’t fixed this one. Any other suggestions?
November 9, 2011 at 11:46 pm #34422adminKeymasterThis issue would be the same as this other one you had:
When upgrading the plugin it is essential to follow the upgrade instruction:

November 10, 2011 at 8:32 pm #34423kruttenMemberI did follow the instructions… twice. It hasn’t helped.
November 10, 2011 at 11:31 pm #34424adminKeymasterSent you an email to get site access so I can check it out. FYI – I will delete the currently installed version of eStore and upload a fresh one before I start the troubleshooting.
December 8, 2011 at 3:19 pm #34425barquesMemberWas this resolved? As i’m having exactly the same issue.
Followed the instructions to the letter.
Installed the latest version.
Coupon codes are still not showing up under ‘Coupon Used’ in the Manage Customers Menu…
December 9, 2011 at 6:26 am #34426adminKeymasterJust to make sure.. you did deactivate and reactivate the plugin after the update?
Please run a test transaction with debug enabled and then share the content of the debug file so I can see what is going on. This post will help with the debug:

December 9, 2011 at 3:49 pm #34427barquesMemberYes I deactivated and reactivated the plugin after the update.
Here’s the debug info:
[admin deleted debug info on customer’s request]
December 10, 2011 at 6:36 am #34428adminKeymasterThank you for the debug.. I see the issue. I have added a condition to address this. Please get a new build of the plugin and it should be fixed:
December 12, 2011 at 12:18 pm #34429barquesMemberThanks guys, that’s sorted it.
