Author revenue sharing – sale details for which product sold?

Hi,

I’m using the eStore and Affiliate plugins to share revenue with many content providers.

I just logged in as an author and realize there’s no details as to what products actually sold. This seems like something that should be there as most of my content providers have hundreds of products and need to know which ones are selling.

Is this something that is sent via email with Commission notification? If not, can we add it?

and can we also add the product details of what sold in the Affiliate dashboard?

WP eStore is not the correct plugin for setting up a market place type site (where you give access to your users so they can upload their products and sell… similar to a ClickBank type site). WP eStore wasn’t designed to create a marketplace type site and cannot handle this type of setup.

What we can do is make the stats menu of eStore available to your authors so they can check the products that were sold

Yes I know it’s not exactly that, but just having the sales data would be most helpful. Thanks much. Can you tell me when that feature will be implemented?

Yeah Added an option for this. Go to the following settings section and check the “Add Another Stats Menu for Users with Author Role” checkbox:

WP eStore Settings -> AddOn Settings -> Affiliate Platform Specific Settings

This will add another stats menu in the dashboard and any user with a author or higher role will have access to this eStore stats menu.
