I received the following activation error on a fresh WP 3.2.1 install:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getUserInfo() on a non-object in /home/content/d/o/m/domainguerilla/html/designitforme/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/eMember_auth_utils.php on line 216

We added a condition in the eMember plugin for the issue that was causing this on your site.
