This is a plugin. It creates its own photo galleries and allows the customers to purchase your photos. You can use any theme you want. It generally works with most themes. There maybe some themes where it has a conflict due to the styles a particular theme is using but that will be a very small subset.

Seems like the role of the admin dashboard access permission has gotten messed up when your site got hacked. Check the following feature. Does it help after you change it to admin?
We normally just used to save the woocommerce order ID in the transaction ID column. When you edit the order, you can see all the items. I have just made a little change in the plugin to also store the woocommerce item IDs in the item ID column. I have just sent you an updated copy of the affiliate plugin where you will see this change for future transactions.

You can do the following to remove any orphaned category data in the table. Go to the following admin interface of the plugin:

Resync Products and Category Relations TableIt depends on how wide your page is. Is it wide enough to where it can fit all those? Are you okay with doing some CSS tweaks yourself?
Thank you. Everything on the plugin’s side is working fine. The email sending code is definitely being executed by the plugin. There is an email delivery issue on this server. Please install an SMTP plugin so all emails from your site goes out via SMTP. That will help with the email delivery issue.

This can happen for a conflict with another plugin also. Did you already do the following test?

Did you recently switch to using SSL certificate (HTTPS urls) and you still have some mixture of “non-https” urls configured in the settings menu of the plugin?

I am happy to take a look at their documentation and do an integration though. Can you please ask them if they have any action hooks that a 3rd party affiliate system can use to do an integration with them?
