Hi We purchased the paid version of your plugin in february. We had an issue with a hacker gaining access to the wp-admin of our site. I installed Bulletproof Security Pro and we have managed to secure our site. The issue now is when we try access the wp-admin wp_emembers plugin features we receive an error message ‘You do not have permissions to view this page’. Now in the wp-admin on the nav bar on the left the only entry showing under wp emember is ‘Member Profile Extended’. Whereas before there were many options(General settings, email settings, list users, etc, etc)
At first I assumed the problem was a conflict with bulletproof security. So I contacted them and they looked into things on their end. They have a lot of customers using both BPS Pro and your wp Emembers plugin. They have been very responsive and helpful. I gave them access to the wordpress admin and they have tried everything they could yesterday to resolve the problem. We have tried deactivating and removing bulletproof security pro and still the wp emembers plugin is not functioning as it used to. Can you please assist with getting the plugin back to functioning normally.
I can create you a wordpress admin account so you can login and see the issue for yourself. I just need to know what email address you want the account information sent to.
I am a freelance developer assisting my client Jillian Davis. She is the one who purchased your plugin. Her email address is xxxx@gmail.com. My email address is xxxx@gmail.com. If you can please at least cc me on communication I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

May 10, 2019 at 2:46 pm #79516vand_customerMemberThats just it, I can’t access those menus, they are missing. The “Sorry, You don’t have permission to access this” message is the generic message you get when trying to visit a page that doesn’t exist anymore.
Perhaps I need some fresh upload links to try and reinstall the plugin? Nothing has changed since with the files / plugin since we bought the paid version on February 1st of 2019. If I give you admin access can you please take a look?

May 11, 2019 at 9:37 am #79518adminKeymasterThe role settings has definitely gotten messed up somehow. I will need FTP access to the site to be able to reset this. I have sent you an email for it.
