It turns you that you misunderstood what the “available copies” field value means. The number you have there is how many you have in stock right now. The sales count is how many you have sold so far. If you want to make that item out of stock then set the available copy counter to 0 (meaning you have 0 available at the moment).
The solution is in my above post. Please do what I suggested there and it will work for you too. In your case you will just say “Idaho” instead of California.
You can edit each eStore product and specify a tax rate of 0 for the products (if any) that you want to exclude from tax.

@tswabbit, Your WooCommerce plugin version (1.6.6) is very very old. Please upgrade it to their latest version. WooCommerce changed a few things in their recent versions so we updated out plugin accordingly. You should not be using any WooCommerce version that is older than v2.0. Please upgrade and then do a test.

Hi, There are quite a few different posts on this topic. So when you say the “same issue”, what are you referring to? What part of the eStore plugin is not working?
What version of the plugin are you using? Can you please try loading a fresh copy of the plugin?
