I have a feeling that you might have wrongly configured your price list.
Can you doublecheck that for the size/ratio value of your digital variations that you are using a ratio between 0 and 1. Eg,
50% resolution = 0.5
75% resolution = 0.75

I did as you said and changed the resolution to 1 for 100%, 0.5 for 50% and .25 for 25%, however one of my customer could not download the photo, she email me the link and it just a blank page. I did some investigations and tests on your site.
Before I started I installed the latest version of photoseller (1.4.6) because you had an old version.
I then created a test price list and made a purchase of one of your photos.
I received the download link and was able to successfully download the photo.

So in terms of download link I can’t see any issues.
I did however notice that your site is occasionally painfully slow but I’m not entirely sure whether that is related to the problem you saw earlier.
Have you seen this download link issue occur for more than one customer? Did those customers purchase BEFORE you corrected the ratio configuration?
Can you keep an eye on it from now on and see if it recurs?
It could possibly be that since you initially had your digital ratios incorrectly configured that those customers were using the link related to the old ratios and not the new.November 5, 2013 at 3:29 am #58651
I tried myself before I did the fix of the ratio and I though that problem, a customer before informed me of that, and today another customer informed me of the same problem. The download link does not work. When you click on the link that comes in the email, it opens a blank page with only the following text: “Your download link has expired! Please contact the site administrator.” Right now I have it set up as follows:
Duration of Download Link: 168 (I also tried: 24, 48, and 72).
Email Notifications are set to send an email “After Purchase,” “When an Order is Pending,” and “When Order is Shipped.”
The price of the photos is: $0.01.
I created and was trying to use a coupon with a discount amount of $100.
I tried to purchase a picture whereby the coupon amount was greater than the cost of the photo so the amount due was zero.
I was able to put a photo into the cart and checkout.
In the orders section, the order showed the payment status as “Pending.”
I changed the status to “Completed” but the link just opened a page with the text: text: “Your download link has expired! Please contact the site administrator.” But the link duration was set to 168 hours and only about 5 minutes had passed.November 7, 2013 at 7:14 am #58653

Have you made any modifications to the plugin?
I noticed that when I applied the coupon and tried to checkout, I was taken to a manual checkout form. We haven’t implemented “manual checkout” yet and as such this type of checkout is currently not supported.
We are in the process of adding a manual checkout feature to deal with zero cost totals which should be hopefully ready by next week sometime.
Just for your info, when I made a purchase via paypal where the total was greater than zero, I was able to successfully download the photo.November 8, 2013 at 7:37 am #58657
I bought the plugin in October and have what ever version was available for download at that time. I saw that you were able to download with a PayPal payment. I would like people to be able to download with no cost if they have a coupon.
