Downloadable products: the link doesn't appear in thank you page and email

When a customer pay a digital product, in the thank you page and in the e-mail the link i can’t see any link to the file. I have the same problem with and without encryption, and the log files are empty.

What can i do?

Thank you, i had forgotten the last point if the instructions

but now i have a different problem:

Now when i purchase a pdf file, the thank you page url have some GET parameters, and wp doesn’t load the page.

This is the GET parameters:

Those parameters are valid. Any site should load without any issue even with those PayPal parameters.

It is likely you have a bad plugin blocking the PayPal’s query parameters. Do the following test:

Another problem i encountered is the debug that has never worked: the log files are empty.

Everything on your site was working correctly for the last few months. What has changed for this to suddenly start happening?

I want to sell downloadable ebooks now and i configured paypal with the pdt.

The thank you page doesn’t work, after i checked the “Enable Transaction Result Display” checkbox. Paypal give back some GET parameters in the url and wordpress doesn’t like it.

Okay thats fine. The GET parameters on you site not working is something your hosting provider will need to fix on the server. First fix your IPN issue (at least then you will be able to start selling). The PDT stuff you can add after the IPN issue is fixed. So have you gone through the checklist I mentioned above and fixed the IPN issue?

I can’t get eStore to send an email with a download link. I have followed all the documentation and tutorials but it just doesn’t work. I’m lost and need help.
