Is the entry fee a constant value of $50 USD?
You could have your variations like the following:
Add 1 person = 10 USD
Add 2 persons = 20 USD
Add 3 persons = 30 USD
…..
1) Yes. For 100 days it won’t generate commission. If you want it to then increase the cookie life time value in the settings
2) Are you using a subscription button that you created with eStore for this?
3) You basically don’t want to give the commission on recurring payments?

Do you have the debug option enabled in the eStore plugin?
When creating a recurring product, the value in the normal “Price” field doesn’t matter. That will be used for display purpose only (if you use a fancy display template).
The subscription button will work fine as long as you put $550 in the Recurring Billing Amount, 1 Month in Recurring Billing Cycle and 6 in the Recurring Billing Count.
