I offer a program that costs $3300.00 and allow clients to pay in 6 equal installments of $550 each billed every month for 6 months. What is the amount I should put in the Product Price box- $3300.00 or $550? I assume I put $550 in the Recurring Billing Amount, 1 Month in Recurring Billing Cycle and 6 in the Recurring Billing Count, is that correct?
When creating a recurring product, the value in the normal “Price” field doesn’t matter. That will be used for display purpose only (if you use a fancy display template).
The subscription button will work fine as long as you put $550 in the Recurring Billing Amount, 1 Month in Recurring Billing Cycle and 6 in the Recurring Billing Count.

Thank you!
I set up a test product that cost a total of $1.00 charging .10 a day for 10 days.
I left the top Product Price space blank and then put in Recurring billing amount .10
Recurring billing cycle 1 day and recurring billing count 10. The first .10 charge went through immediately but no other charges occurred. What did I do wrong?
Is Paypal’s enhanced payment service required for all recurring payments?
Did you check your PayPal account to see if that recurring charge got processed?
Please post a link to the page where you have this PayPal subscription button so I can check it.
Another alternative is to use the installment payment addon:
