Unable to deactivate license

I currently am using the WP Photo Seller plugin on my QNAP instance of WordPress and have decided to load my site up on a different machine. I have tried pressing the “deactivate” button under the Product License section but receive “License key deactivation failed!”

I’m not sure how to get around this and am unable to activate the plugin on my new server.

Any advice?

I’m getting the same error. I was working from a sandbox site that I am moving to production. When hitting deactivate I get the deactivation failed error and am unable to activate on the new server.

I don’t have a sandbox site, but my website will not allow me to deactivate my license key. I keep getting a deactivation failed message. I did try to delete the plugin and install the most updated version and did not change.

I can provide wordpress access if needed.

Why are you trying to deactivate the key now? Your key is already deactive. I explained this to you via the email communication that I had with you.

That’s what I have been trying to explain to you. The key is showing active…according to you it is showing deactivated. You are more than welcome to log in to my wordpress to see what I am talking about.

Again, my wordpress account under the photo seller menu shows that the key is activated.

After a local experimentation now I want to go online and I tried to deactivate the license from the local site but it gives me one error (License key deactivation failed!

License key could not be deactivated.)
