I am attempting to create a commission calculation based on the following:

$799 MSRP

-??? Coupon discount generated by Affiliate

??? Sales Price

$300 Cost of Product to Affiliate

???? Commission to Affiliate (Sales Price – Cost of Product = Commission to Affiliate)

$50 Tier 2 Commission

You might be able to achieve that by using a product specific commission calculation option. Are you using the addon we created for doing woocommerce product specific commission already?
