You can’t just remove the separator since that is a required value for a currency output. If you remove the value, the plugin will use a default value to prevent a fatal error.
A properly formatted currency value MUST have a decimal separator and a thousand separator. Why are you trying to remove those values?
The standard email notification after a purchase will contain a product download link (for digital products). There will be another download link that will be generated and shown on the “Thank You” page (if you are using that feature). When any of these generated links are used, you will be able to see it in the stats. It will try to log the correct IP address and other data WHEN the encrypted link is used. If the IP address and/or User ID is available, then the plugin will log that info (if not available then that info will not be present). There are many different conditions and combinations in terms of how a download link is used (so some info may or may not be present). It will always log a usage for when a link is used.
You are always going to have users who will change their mind and say many things. If the % is high then you may want to use terms and conditions or some message on your landing page to guide them better (depending on the user base).
The following is not a standard behavior of a WP site. This is something very specific to your site only.
If I type mydomain.com/image I got the full resolution of the imageThat URL is supposed to give you a 404 error since that is NOT the real URL of the image. Somehow these things are mapped on your site with some kind of redirection. So specifically ask your hosting provider why that particular behavior is happening. Once that is resolved, I can investigate more to see if anything else need correction.
After the quote, does the customer go to a page on your site and make a transaction to pay for the service? If yes, which e-commerce plugin is used for it? (the standard e-commerce integration applies there)
If you manually collect the payment via some other form, then you will need to award the commission manually (you can enter a manual commission from the commissions menu). Normally, a lead capture type setup is used for this. Below is an example of how lead capture works with contact form 7 plugin:
If the IP address is a match for a blacklisted user then it can stop it on the way to PayPal (before the transaction). If the blacklisting is done by email then that stop can ONLY happen after the plugin receives an email to check. When you are allowing anonymous checkout, how will the addon magically know the email address of a visitor? It only receives an email address after a paypal transaction so it will stop any processing of downloads for that user. The payment will simply need to be refunded. The user doesn’t get the download if the email is a match (so you don’t lose anything).
The main purpose of the blacklist addon is to stop sending any download to a user who is blacklisted.
Use the following shortcode instead. This will work fine with the new WP editor.

The short answer is “yes”.
If the member stops paying for a subscription for example, the access will be stopped automatically.
During a Standard paypal checkout, where the funding comes from for a transaction is not controlled by any plugin (PayPal doesn’t allow us to make any changes there even if we wanted to).
This is something that entirely depends on the setup of the buyer’s paypal account. You need to contact paypal to get clarification as to why the funding is coming from bank account for this particular account.
Our plugin creates a .htaccess file for the “…uploads/wp_photo_seller” folder when you activate the plugin. That does the protection that you are not trying to do manually. You may have deleted that file on your site.
This is a file that our pluign needs to create so it can put all the correct directives in there.
Do the following:
– FTP to your server and go to the uploads/wp_photo_seller directory
– Delete the .htaccess file
– From the WP admin panel deactivate the photo seller plugin
– Then reactivate the plugin.
Doing the above steps will create a new .htaccess file in the uploads/wp_photo_seller directory with the correct directives and parameters to protect the images.
I will take a look inside your site and check the setup so I can get a visual understanding of what the issue is. I have sent you an email for it.

Normally, the IPN feature is enabled by default in a PayPal account so the documentation doesn’t mention that. I will update the documentation to mention that the IPN feature should be checked and enabled.
Turned out that the sequence name was entered incorrectly in the product’s configuration. The sequence name needs to be exactly the same as it is shown in the Convertkit account.
This kind of customization will need to be custom coded. I think you will most likely need a custom version of the following addon:
