WP eStore – ConvertKit Integration Not Working

Hello – I have installed & configured the convertkit integration on my wp eStore store, but its not adding the subscribers to the sequence in my Converkit Account.

Here is what I did:

1. I have set up the sequence, made it active: MUA Panel Sequence

2. The CK API Key was added yesterday;

3. I’ve entered the sequence title into the MUA Panel autoresponder settings (I tried entering it with and without quotes and tested two times);

4. Set up a rule that anyone who subscribes to this Sequence gets the Buyer | MUA Panel tag assigned;

5. Did a test purchase and got nothing in the tag and no subscribers in the Sequence.

Nothing is happening. I have debug enabled but the files don’t even mention convertkit – I searched them all.

There should at least be some debug log that that says that the convertkit addon is trying to do something. At the moment I am not seeing anything in the log. Normally that happens when the addon is deactivated or the WP eStore product itself doesn’t have a “sequence” specified in the autoresponder section. I will check your site’s configuration to see what I can find. I have sent you an email for it.

Turned out that the sequence name was entered incorrectly in the product’s configuration. The sequence name needs to be exactly the same as it is shown in the Convertkit account.
