I noticed that you said you “unchecked” the automatically convert URL box. In the latest versions of eStore, it is a drop-down selection of “Absolute, Relative and Don Not Convert.” Please upgrade to the latest version.

I’m glad we isolated the issue to the stamper. Amin will have to address any stamper related issues.

If you took a product from a page that does have a working buy now button, and put it on *that* page, does the buy now for that (working) product suddenly stop working?

Permissions will mess things up. If you can’t access the original PDF file with your browser, then neither can the stamper.

If you can get the stamper to work manually, I think the eStore will work fine with it. But if you can’t get manual stamping to work, we must wait for Amin to wake up.

I think the problem is the amount of time the scripts need to complete the task…

WP eStore -> Settings -> Testing And Debugging Settings -> Enable Sandbox Testing

Uncheck the box.

Can you download a file that does not need stamping? If you can, then yes, it would be the stamper integration.

If they use credit card on PayPal site to complete purchase, yes.

There appears to be a permission problem that is preventing eStore from opening the log files for writing …

Is the file you are trying to download being run through the Stamper? There may be multiple problems with integration and permissions. If you are using the Stamper, try a test without it, so we can better isolate the issues.

Files to be stamped must be uncompressed PDF files. The free “squeeze form” download button will stamp files.

Delete any “.htaccess” files from the downloads directory.
