ModeratorHi, please use the shortcode like the following:
[wp_lightbox_protected_s3_video name="my-video.mp4" bucket="mybucket" width="640" height="480" source="launch-presentation-video.png" autoplay="true"]wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, sorry for the delay. Somehow we missed it.
Currently we don’t have any option to track the number of views. It’s because the shortcode is created on the fly (you don’t actually configure it in the settings). However, we might be able to develop the tracking option using some external tool like Google Analytics. We will see what we can do about that.

ModeratorHi, the shortcode you are currently using (flowplayer) is compatible with all major browsers (including iPhone, iPad). So you really don’t have to use the HTML5 shortcodes. We are still keeping it in the plugin to ensure backwards compatibilty. In fact, there is no reference of it in our documentation anymore.

ModeratorHi, I just checked the HTML of your page and the shortcode content looks broken because of some unusual <p> tags. It usually happens when a theme or plugin overrides the default
wpautopfunction (which WordPress uses to format the post/page content) with its own customized options. Please note that WordPress doesn’t runwpautopon any shortcode and no theme/plugin should override it.Since I’m not sure where It’s coming from please do the test mentioned here:

ModeratorHi, currently we don’t have any option to specify the ID for an image. I think it’s better if you copy the HTML content of the shortcode and customize it:

ModeratorHi, actually there is nothing wrong with the following CSS:
.lightbox_ultimate_text_anchor {
display: inline;
}WordPress automatically does some formatting before printing the content on the screen (example: adding
<p></p>tag). So as soon as it comes across the first div block of the lightbox shortcode its closing the paragraph (</p>) causing a line break just before the anchor text.There are options to make the
wpautopfunction (which WordPress uses to format the content) work in a certain way but I don’t think we should modify it. And after some testing I found a simple trick that you might be able to apply to get around this issue:1) Switch to the “text” editor
2) create an empty div and wrap the full post/page content inside it. For example:
<div>content goes here...</div>3) Publish/Update it.
let me know if it works for you.

Moderator@Hazard, there is a better way to apply CSS using our Custom CSS plugin:
