Second Popup Link does not work

I have 2 sites that are very similar (one is actually an upgrade of the old site).

One is using version 1.9.0 of Lightbox Ultimate and the other has version 1.9.5 The older one is in multisite the newer one is not.

The page layout looks like this with a LOT of videos on the page but all of them hidden behind lightbox links. [http://screencast.com/t/XVF4BryY61ew]

Both are running a similar plugin stack that looks like this: [http://screencast.com/t/lrJDQXNYFTLf] (But problem persists even if all other plugins except for Lightbox Ultimate are disabled.) Theme is OptimizePress – but the problem persists in TwentyTwelve.

Problem Description:

Clicking the first link opens the popup video normally. Then close that lightbox. Then click on the second link and nothing happens. It acts like nothing was clicked although the browser is aware that’s a link. Nothing happens at all, no spinning cursor, no half load, no screen grey-out.

Ideas?
