Lightbox Ultimate: Video Not Playing In Internet Explorer or Firefox

WordPress Version: 3.7.1

I am having an issue with my videos playing in both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. They do play as expected in Google Chrome however so I am hoping you guys could help me figure out the cause to this.

These videos are on Amazon S3 (not protected). I am using an image that when clicked upon should pop the video up in the lightbox as it does in Chrome. I am using the following short code:

If you could please give me some ideas as to what might be causing this I would appreciate it.

Hi, you have some kind of facebook rating script which is causing the following errors:

Internet Explorer

I worked directly with the developer of the Facebook rating script and he is advising me that the cause of the problem has something to do with the WP Ultimate Lightbox. He went in and looked at the code, deactivated plugins, etc.

According to him somehow, after the JavaScript code from the lightbox plugin, no other code gets added. He also noted that the </body> and </html> are tags missing. He stated this is only the case when the lightbox plugin is activated.

I would like to get this issue worked out if possible. Is there any possible way I could put the developer of the Facebook plugin in touch with you to see if there is a solution?

Hi, are you still having that issue? I just checked those videos again. They seem to be playing fine.

Yes, they are playing fine at the moment because we currently have the Facebook plugin disabled at this time. If we activate the plugin the videos will no longer play in IE or Firefox but they are fine at all times in Chrome.
