I just purchased and installed Lightbox Ultimate and followed the installation/configuration instructions.
I am using Amazon S3 and have tried both protected and unprotected shortcodes (after setting up my Amazon credentials in the plugin. Neither work.
Here is the test page: [http://bradfordconsultingcompanies.com/pbhv1]
When you click on the image nothing happens.
Here is my shortcode: [wp_lightbox_flowplayer_video link=”https://s3.amazonaws.com/pbhvseries/PbH+Video+1+Mp4+1280+x+720.mp4″ width=”1280″ height=”720″ source=”http://bradfordconsultingcompanies.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Bradford-Consulting-Companies-Logo-2013-Small.png”%5D
I do not have flowplayer plugin installed. Is that required? I did download the free version of their plugin but it still didn’t work.
I’ve gone back through the instructions at length and can’t make the plug in show my video. Please advise on a solution.

November 21, 2013 at 3:03 am #59081wpCommerceModeratorHi, I just checked the HTML of your page and the shortcode content looks broken because of some unusual <p> tags. It usually happens when a theme or plugin overrides the default
wpautop
function (which WordPress uses to format the post/page content) with its own customized options. Please note that WordPress doesn’t runwpautop
on any shortcode and no theme/plugin should override it.Since I’m not sure where It’s coming from please do the test mentioned here:

The theme designer suggested that and it works…my theme is responsive and the videos work really great on the computer, ipad and Android devices…success!!
