I just purchased and installed Lightbox Ultimate and followed the installation/configuration instructions.

I am using Amazon S3 and have tried both protected and unprotected shortcodes (after setting up my Amazon credentials in the plugin. Neither work.

Here is the test page: [http://bradfordconsultingcompanies.com/pbhv1]

When you click on the image nothing happens.

    Here is my shortcode: [wp_lightbox_flowplayer_video link=”https://s3.amazonaws.com/pbhvseries/PbH+Video+1+Mp4+1280+x+720.mp4″ width=”1280″ height=”720″ source=”http://bradfordconsultingcompanies.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Bradford-Consulting-Companies-Logo-2013-Small.png”%5D

I do not have flowplayer plugin installed. Is that required? I did download the free version of their plugin but it still didn’t work.

I’ve gone back through the instructions at length and can’t make the plug in show my video. Please advise on a solution.

Hi, I just checked the HTML of your page and the shortcode content looks broken because of some unusual <p> tags. It usually happens when a theme or plugin overrides the default wpautop function (which WordPress uses to format the post/page content) with its own customized options. Please note that WordPress doesn’t run wpautop on any shortcode and no theme/plugin should override it.

Since I’m not sure where It’s coming from please do the test mentioned here:

Yes, it appears it is the theme…this is only the second time I’ve had an issue with the theme…and I just upgraded to the latest version, but it still doesn’t work..looks like I’m out $50 bucks on this one…changing themes isn’t in my time availability for now…

BTY…I got this to work on my theme by surrounding the short code with [raw] [/raw]

The theme designer suggested that and it works…my theme is responsive and the videos work really great on the computer, ipad and Android devices…success!!

It’s good to hear that you got it to work.
