Hi, regarding your questions:
1) Do you have the “Use Automatic Customer Record Removal” option enabled in the eStore settings?
2) The encrypted download link will remain active for the time period you specified (even if you issue a refund). The following addon lets you see if someone has used that link already or not (if you wanted to see if that customer used the link):

@mauro, the shortcode you are using is correct. When the page is loaded it will be automatically replaced with the text link “click here to open the external page”.
Currently it doesn’t work like that. So we have tweaked the addon for you. I have sent an email to your registered email address with instructions. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
Lets say you have three products (ID#s: 2, 3, 4) and your condition is configured like the following:
2-10: discount $2.00
11-50: discount $4.00
51-100: discount $6:00
If a user orders product 2 (quantity – 11), product 3 (quantity – 2), product 4 (quantity – 1) currently it works like this:
a) total quantity 11+2+1 = 14, discount $4.00
Do you want it to work like the following instead?
a) product 2 – discount $4.00
b) product 3 – discount $2.00
c) product 4 – no discount
But that asks the user to enter an email address. And that means he can enter anyones email address and get their history.
– Only if that email address exists in the eStore customer database.
Unfortunately eStore doesn’t manage user/member accounts. So the only way to receive purchase history of a customer is to search with an email address.
When you specify Multiple ID#s it only applies discount to the products that qualify for discount (It doesn’t apply discount to the whole shopping cart).
Hi, you can also specify Product ID#s (separated by comma) which will qualify for bulk discount. Have you tried that option in the bulk discount addon?

Hi, you can create another eStore product and set up like the following:
1) Trial amount: discounted price
2) recurring amount: $199
Now replace the existing product ID with the discounted one in the subscription shortcode (as long as you are offering the discount).
Alternatively, we can customize our Subscription discount addon so it allows you to apply a discount on the trial amount (currently the coupon applies to recurring amount).
