Hi. I ask you if i can use a “text link” instead of the “shortcode” for wp lightbox ultimate. The “text link” would be necessary for the “HTML Content Page Display in overlay – From Anchor Text”.
By example:
[wp_lightbox_anchor_text_display_external_page link=”http://www.example.com/my-test-page” width=”640″ height=”480″ title=”title goes here” text=”click here to open the external page”]
@mauro, the shortcode you are using is correct. When the page is loaded it will be automatically replaced with the text link “click here to open the external page”.
Ok. But is it possible open an external page with a text link like [http://www.your-domain.com/?wp_lightboxxxxxx] (a similar text link are used in wp-estore)
If yes, how can i find this url?
@mauro7219 — Question: If using the shortcode results in the rendering of a text link, what is your particular reason for wanting to directly generate the same kind of link?
I would like to sell directly the url via estore
I explain better what I want to do.
-I would like to sell to a member/customer the url of a page (which can only be opened with lightbox) through estore.
-The e-mail, addressed to the client from estore, contains the link to a page with the shortcode: [wp_eStore_members_purchase_history_with_download]
-The customer clicks on the link generated by [wp_eStore_members_purchase_history_with_download]
-The page sold can be opened with lightbox.
