Lightbox Ultimate – Can't get Poster functionality to work

What are the limitations of Poster functionality? I have tried different player options (html5, mp4, flow player) and different locations for the image (Coudfront, S3, WP media) and none seems to work. The player works, it just remains black until the video loads.

Hi, which shortcode are you using? Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.

It’s still in flux, but I will make sure I don’t change any of the stuff under Patterns so you have something meaningful to look at. Hopefully it is something I am doing wrong and can fix easily. Of COURSE I am trying to go live asap.

It looks like the poster image is not accessible. If you directly enter the URL in your browser you should see the following error:

<Message>Access Denied</Message>

Hi, we just found that the poster functionality is not in the code for certain shortcodes. So the shortcode won’t even process the poster parameter you have specified. We have added it in the code and sent you the update plugin to your registered email address. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
