Email generated by WordPress is going to junk mail

Good Morning

I have just set up the affiliate program and the first registration sent the email into the junk mail. I have a gmail account…and this email address does regularly arrive in my inbox. I have set up a rule within my own inbox….however I want to make sure that these emails to NEW Signups arrive in their IN BOX not their junk mail. It happened for me and for the person who signed up.

1. What do I need to do to ensure that emails generated from WP Affiliate signups do not end up in junk mail?

All you have to do is just enter a line in the following format in the “From Email Address” field under “Email Settings” of the WP Affiliate platform

your name <your email address>
