ModeratorHi, Did you have the debug option enabled in the payment gateway bundle settings? If not please enable it and do a test transaction so I investigate the log file.

ModeratorThat may not work in this case anyway since the video is loaded dynamically in lightbox. Can you just do the click event tracking?

ModeratorHi, It’s possible with customisation. However, the plugin will still need to know which video to pop up in lightbox. Currently we don’t have any parameter for that in the shortcode. Have you looked at this addon?

ModeratorHi, This parameter is not supported in our prettyPhoto shortcode. Why are you trying enable this API anyway? We do have another YouTube shortcode if you are looking for some advanced iframe parameters.

ModeratorWe have been able to fix the issue. I have sent you a copy of the updated version via email. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
Please note that the native HTML5 player (MediaElement) is not meant to be used in lightbox (It can be buggy). It works well when embedded in the content area of a post/page. There is a good reason why we don’t recommend this shortcode to the users.

Moderator@TheOzman, The issue is that you are mixing physical variations with digital variations. If you want to use the Digital Variation field, you need to specify a download URL for each of these variations (PDF file in your case). You can’t have two digital variations and two physical variations. If the user selects one of the two physical variations, eStore won’t find any download URL for it; so it will deliver the one listed under the “Digital Content Details” section.
The digital variation ONLY works in the digital variation field. It can’t be used anywhere else.

ModeratorHi, The second shortcode seems to be working fine for me. Which browser are you using?
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, Do you have a download URL in the “Digital Product URL” field (under “Digital Content Details” section)? The digital variation will only get triggered when there is a value in that field.

ModeratorHi, The shortcode you are using is very old. It doesn’t exist in the plugin anymore. Please check the documentation for the updated instructions (MP4 Video Lightbox Overlay Popup section):

Moderator@jcav606, Are you referring to this field – “Product ID#s which qualify for amount based shipping (separated by comma)”?

Moderator@BenAndrew, You can follow these instructions to open lightbox from a menu.

ModeratorYou will need to use the & character before “rel”. Currently you are using a question mark which is incorrect.
See correct example usage below:
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_anchor_text_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPguUWfAK4c&rel=0″ width=”560″ height=”314″ text=”Need a refresher? Watch the video – Click Here!” description=”Digital Marketing Strategies for CSR, Diversity and Inclusion”]
May 17, 2016 at 6:00 am in reply to: CCBill WP Premium Payment Gateway Bundle IPN URL and Approval Post #73258wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, There is nothing to configure in the eStore settings. You need to do it in your CCBill account. You just need to replace the example site and page URLs with actual values.
Please check the documentation for details:
