WP Lightbox Ultimate v2.2.2

First of all I deactivated all plugins and tried a different theme to no avail.

I can’t get an MP4 video to open in a pop up window. It just goes to a new blank page then starts playing the video. I have tried using the following code:

I tried it also with rel=”wp_lightbox_special” only with same results. I have also tried using the shortcode method.

but nothing happens. The shortcode shows on the page and nothing else. I tried pasting it in on both the text and visual mode.

Plus on the editor screen the ultimate shortcodes button shows nothing but a blank white screen.

I downloaded and used a fresh copy of the plugin today and it didn’t make any difference.

Hi, The shortcode you are using is very old. It doesn’t exist in the plugin anymore. Please check the documentation for the updated instructions (MP4 Video Lightbox Overlay Popup section):
