Hi, It usually happens when the player can’t find the video. Can you please make sure that you have the following options correct –
1. Your s3 access key.
2. your s3 secret access key.
3. your bucket name.
you can troubleshoot this easily just by making the video public first. Now use the following shortcode –
[wp_lightbox_flowplayer_anchor_text_video link="http://www.example.com/test-video.mp4" width="640"
height="480" text="Click here to open the video"]Here “link” could be the full URL of your S3 video.
Ok, now I see the problem. The shortcode you are using requires HTML library. But enabling HTML library will also enable the HTML5 video player (which you don’t want to use).
Anyway, I added a fix to the plugin so you don’t need the HTML library option enabled to use that shortcode.
Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).

Yes, you have the same theme active but have you noticed the difference when the page renders on ipad(example – sidebar menu )? when you view a page in mobile version it’s completely a different scenario from viewing in browser (even if you have the same theme active).
Anyway, I turned off the ipad mobile theme yesterday while testing your site. Now I don’t have the option to turn it on. So whatever I view in browser is the same on ipad and the inline overlay is working fine.
So which shortcode are you trying to use with that “Buy Now” anchor image? (just asking because we have many shortcodes which uses the HTML library).
“When you click on the Buy Now image the WP e-Commerce plugin should run within the WP-Ultimate-Lightbox” – can you please clarify that? I mean how do you expect e-Commerce plugin to run with Lightbox Ultimate?
I think I just figured out the issue. when I visited your site using ipad it was looking completely different than the normal site (no default theme). Then I noticed a button at the bottom – “ipad theme ON OFF”. So whenever anyone visits your site using ipad it renders a different theme by default. A different theme means there will be different scripts included on that page (Which I won’t see while browsing from a computer). That’s why everything was working fine on the browsers but not on ipad.
As soon as I turned off the ipad theme all the overlay shortcodes are working fine on ipad.
Hi, your inline HTML is working fine on my test site. I’ve tested on all major browsers including ipad.
I believe your theme has built-in jquery tools library which is creating another frame (on top of our plugin frame). That’s why it looks transparent. If you switch to the default wordpress theme I think there won’t be anymore issue.
However, we’re working on another inline HTML shortcode so that you can use it as an alternative. I will get back to you once we are finished with the implementation.
Hi, It’s working fine on my computer (not using mac). What browsers did you test it on (on the other PCs)? I don’t think platform would be a problem to play video using Flowplayer (as long as you have flash player installed).
Anyway, it’s good to install a recent build of the plugin as we continually fix bugs.

Sorry, we also use MediaElement for HTML overlay. So you need to uncheck the Enable HTML option from the Library Settings.
Hi, you can just uncheck the Enable HTML5 option from the Lightbox Ultimate Library Settings and that should do it. Let me know how it goes.
In the shortcode, did you replace the value of “id” with the exact “id” of the product you are using?

Autoplay
please go to WP Lightbox->Library Settings->HTML5 Settings section and check the “Autoplay” option to automatically play the video.
Poster
If you want to use poster for a video you need to pass an additional parameter with the shortcode. For example:
