ModeratorHi, we are working on this. I’ll let you know once we find a good solution.

ModeratorIt should not happen in the original Android device. I think it’s happening because Kindle Fire runs a forked version of the android operating system.
Anyway, we’ve released another update. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, Are you sure that the page is not cached? (try refreshing couple of times)
Sometimes after you update the plugin all the codes don’t get executed right away. It’s a good idea to deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Please post a link to the page where you are using the shortcode.

ModeratorVideo 1: When I opened the video my computer was receiving a massive amount of data. So I guess the video needs to be fully downloaded before the player can actually play it.
The Adobe Flash component cannot start playing a video until it gets some important information about the file. This information is normally stored at the END of a typical MP4 file, so the entire video must be downloaded so the player can read that info before it can start playing.
To solve this issue you can move the information to the beginning of the file.
There are a few free tools out there that you can use to add this fix to your videos.

Video 2: I think your video has encoding issue. We’ve some users who had the same issue. Try using a H264 encoder to properly encode you video.
This post might help you solve the issue – https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/mp4-video-plays-only-audio-video-is-black

ModeratorHi, Colorbox uses that caption by default and doesn’t automatically change it for video. We have a fix for it in the plugin now. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

ModeratorI’m not sure if caching had anything to do with it. But it’s good to keep it deactivated for now. Try using a higher value for Expiry time because your members might take a while to go through all the videos and by that time some links are likely to get expired. Let me know if you have any further issue.

ModeratorHi, I just had a look at some of your pages again –
http://www.in60days.net/members/days-1-to-10/day-1-networkdevices/
http://www.in60days.net/members/days-1-to-10/day-2-osi-model/
They are all working (I’ve tried with different browsers). Did you make any changes to these pages? Are these the same videos you had issue with before? Do they share the same bucket?

ModeratorWe already have a check in the plugin. So if you don’t specify any Expiry time the plugin should set it to 300 (5 minutes). But we don’t want to take any risk. Just specify a value there example – 300 or 600 (10 minutes).
Can you please create another bucket with a simple name e.g. – “test” and upload your video to it? (we just want to rule out every possibility)
Once you have done it embed the shortcode on a post/page and share the link.

ModeratorHi, Did you copy the shortcode while viewing in browser? Some browsers (example – Google Chrome) have built-in PDF viewer plugins so you can directly access it in the browser window. But these plugins are not as smart as adobe reader/acrobat. If you copy multiple lines they automatically insert newline characters, spaces on each line(which leads to a broken shortcode).
We already have instruction in the Plugin Usage section to save the PDF file (shortcode reference guide) first. This is so you can open it using your own adobe reader/acrobat. We also have a Shortcode Inserter (TinyMCE button for Lightbox Ultimate) in the page/post editor tab. You can insert most of the shortcodes to a post/page just by clicking it.

ModeratorHi, I couldn’t play the video using different browsers. So there is definitely something wrong. We will have to troubleshoot it step by step.
First, please go through the checklist here –
http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/BucketRestrictions.html?r=9309
Just a quick question, what value did you specify in the AWS S3 Video URL Expiry Time After Page Load field?

ModeratorLightbox special was added when we first launch the plugin. So we have many users who are already using it. Now all of a sudden if we remove it and those users get an update their shortcodes will be broken. That’s why our product needs to be backward compatible.
We have already replaced most of the lightbox special shortcodes from the main shortcode reference guide. That’s all we can do to prevent new users from using it.

ModeratorHi, I think your shortcode is broken (when you copied it from the PDF file). There is a big space between the link and title attributes. Try copying the exact shortcode from here –
