ModeratorWhat version of the plugin are you using?
Do you have a test account that I can use to check it out?

ModeratorFor video the player automatically comes up with a fullscreen option. So the users can switch to fullscreen mode anytime if they want to.
For other content (example – PDF, image) fullscreen option doesn’t come up in the overlay window. But you can try specifying
width="100%" height="100%"in the shortcode.Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, We really appreciate that you love our plugin

We don’t recommend anyone to use lightbox special shortcode. We have other robust shortcodes to play MP4 video. Please try using one of them(
MP4 Video Display section) –
Your Lightbox Ultimate version is pretty old. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, we did a research on this and found that many users are having the same problem. Several users started having this issue after Safari 5.0.5. We have also tested this with different libraries (which includes changing adobe acrobat/reader options to display pdf in browser) and none of them worked. It’s like it’s just impossible to view PDF file in lightbox for Safari. So we are guessing that it’s a Safari bug.
However, we have a new workaround for this. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).
Now use any of the following shortcodes to display PDF file in overlay:
For Anchor Text
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_anchor_text_pdf link="http://www.example.com/ebook/sample-ebook.pdf" width="640" height="480" title="Title goes here" text="Click here to open the pdf file"]For Anchor Image
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_pdf link="http://www.example.com/ebook/sample-ebook.pdf" width="640" height="480" title="Title goes here" source="http://www.example.com/image/anchor-image.png"]Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, Are you using the shortcode on a protected page? If so you should try it on a normal page until you get this working.
This post might help you troubleshoot the issue –

January 19, 2012 at 4:51 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – Display PDF at different size on ipad and iphone #40944wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, Unfortunately iPad doesn’t have any scrolling option for overlay window (lightbox). It’s not only for PDF. Basically any content bigger than the specified width and height will overflow. We can’t do anything about it. It’s just how mobile safari is.

ModeratorHi, I believe your video has encoding issue. Did you encode it right?
There is an easy way to find out if your video is properly encoded. Simply uncheck the two libraries – “HTML5 Settings” and “HTML Overlay Related Settings” from the Lightbox Ultimate Library Settings.
Now create a new page/post and directly embed the video using HTML5. For example –
<video width="320" height="240" controls="controls">
<source src="http://www.cerebral.tv/wp-content/themes/twentyten/videos/nascar_base.mp4" type="video/mp4" />
</video>View the page and see if you can play the video on ipad. If it doesn’t work then you know that your video needs to be properly encoded.
January 17, 2012 at 6:14 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – How to display an iframe or external webpage #40787wpCommerce
ModeratorCan you please post a link to the page where you are using that shortcode?
The scrollbar only shows up if it cannot load the whole page/content within the width and height you’ve specified.
The fullscreen option is only available for the video because it comes with the player. For normal external page or image display there is no fullscreen option. But you should be able to make the overlay window as big as the screen by specifying bigger width and height.
