Photo seller – Bulk import not working

Hi,

just seen old posts about this argument but after edit php settings nothing changes.

i want to bulk import a photos zip file (no dir or subdir) of 50 photos, each one size is about 4-6 Mb for a total of about 260 Mb

it stop at 26 image of 50 and not going to end.

plugin ver 2.4.3

try to change php from 5.6 to 7.2 and i edit php parameters memory_limit 256M (before 60M) and upload_maxfile_size 256M (before 128) bulk import stop at 24 of 50.

the strange is on 18th of december 2018 i make a bulk import of a gallery of 146 files and a zip of 449 MB and everythings went good (no edit of php 5.6) but i had the older version (2.4.1 i believe).

now with 2.4.3 and php 7.2 i have these problems (before 7.2 i try with 5.6)

Hi fosca85,

Since changing to php 7.2 did you also change your host provider?

Have you tried putting the following code inside your .htaccess file to see if that makes a difference:

SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1

If the above doesn’t work, can you try a test whereby you split the zip file into a smaller file with less images to see if it completes the bulk process?

no, i utilize same provider and settings of first time i made a bulk import of 146 files (449 Mb), but with this upload it stop at 24 of 50 so i change php and settings but it doesn’t work the same.

now i try to split 50 photos in 3 zip files and everything works fine.

but now another problem: just finished to bulk import 3 files, looking for gallery in browser everything was right.

today a customer call me saying he found the gallery but he couldn’t access to it: if i access like admin (front-end) and i surf my site i could go inside gallery, but if someone come in my site with no log (and i work only with no log users) couldn’t looks for gallery, page refreshes but couldn’t access.

so i try to put password to go in but page refreshes at the same, it looks like permission problem.
