Coupon Area not Showing on Cart

I checked and checked, but cannot see how I make it possible for customers to add & apply a Coupon Code to the cart.

Please advise.

Hi,

Have you made sure to enable the “Use Coupon System” checkbox in the “Manage Coupons/Discounts” page?
