Hi Paul, There is no way to track how many times a download is downloaded with the eStore.
There are a few things that could have happened to the email.
1.) It could have went to their spam email.
2.) Their server could be blocking the email.

IvyMemberHi, Then you need to take the shortcode you are using out of the page or post it should be one of the following:
[wp_eStore_cart] Display the shopping cart on a post or page
[wp_eStore_cart_when_not_empty] Display the shopping cart on a post or page but the
cart is visible only when there are items in the cart
Then you will need to check the “Automatic redirection to checkout page” checkbox in the main settings page of the eStore and specify a check out page URL in the “Checkout Page” field.

When configuring a payment button, use the Membership Level SKU in the “Reference Text” field under the Additional product details section.Now when someone pays using that button the plugin knows which membership level to create for that user. Once the user makes a payment the plugin will talk to the WishList plugin to create a membership account and send an email which will have a link to complete the registration.

IvyMemberHi, Since the debug log is showing that the email is being sent there are two things that could be happening.
1.) The server is blocking the email after it has been sent.
2.) The email is going to the spam folder.
Can you please send me the debug file so I can take a quick look at it. I will send you an email regarding this.

IvyMemberHi Unfortunately there is no way to do a fill in amount with the eStore plugin. The idea of a donation type product would be a good way to allow your customers to buy some items and also send a donation with in the same cart.

IvyMemberHi, Do you have the checkout page URL specified in the “Checkout Page” field in the setting menu of the eStore? If you do not have the URL of the checkout page in this field it will not redirect the customer to the page when they add a product to their shopping cart. Can you please provide a link to where this problem is happening so I can have a look at it?
