Have you tried resaving the document and testing that this is still happening? Sometimes a file may become corrupted. Have there been changes to your site around the time this stopped working.
Updated or added plugins?
Changed hosting?
Hosting updated or did maintenance on the server?
IvyMemberHi Jasiel, Thanks for your kind words. To answer your question. If the member is logged in when he or she renews their membership it will just renew their membership account meaning it will use the same details that already exist (eg. username, password etc). This also applies if they are upgrading their membership.

IvyMemberHi, This means the funds are not clearing your PayPal account. The eStore will never send out a product if it can not fully verify the sale. There are many reason why this maybe happening. Please see the following post with information on this from PayPal:

IvyMemberHi Frank, I know there are a few customers out there using the plugins to sell event tickets. It really comes down to how the product is setup. Do you need to assign seating or will it be open seating?
There is a feature in eStore that allows you to set the number of items you have for sale (e.g. 100 seats for the event). Once the specified amount is sold the “Purchase Button” will be changed to a “Sold Out” Button.
There is also Variation control in case you want to sell different levels.
Example:
Basic Pass $50.00
Gold Pass $100.00
Weekend Full Access Pass $200.00
and so on.
As for the ticket you could make something like a PDF that is sent out if you want to use the instant content delivery method or you could mail them out depending on your needs.
