MemberI have a 600X800px image that I used as the “thumbnail” for a product. It displays on the manage products page, but not on any of the fancy product displays. I have tried it with the smart thumbnail setting on and off with the same result. I am using estore version 4.0.5. My browser is google chrome on a win7 pro notebook.
Is there a maximum size to the images I should be using?

ModeratorAre you using the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” feature in eStore settings?
Did you enter any information in the description section of the product (this is a requirement for fancy display)? The thumbnail may not load properly on the browser without a description. Try putting a description for the product with smart thumbnail image option checked and let me know how it goes.
Also please post a link to your product page where the image is not showing.

MemberIvy thanks for the help. I killed off the user account you used. The problem is as I thought, the picture is to big. I’ll create a smaller version of it and retry it.

MemberWell I went to use photoshop 7 elements to resize the picture, and I got an invalid marker error. It seems it was the image all along that had a problem. Corrected the error, and the image finally works on the display. Again thanks for the help.
