Thanks for the reply.
Nope, no variations in any of the products.
========
Contents of “eStore_post_payment_debug.log”. All other logs are empty after trying the generate a download link. Apparently, the server thinks the link has been created.

Still getting this results in Admin Functions. The first line is for the first product, The next two lines are part of the package, in a different directory, and work fine.

February 28, 2012 at 1:01 am in reply to: Error "This product does not have any downloadable content" #42445GraphicBassMemberI just tried changing the link to Amazon S3 links:
For “yehcontractor.zip” Admin Functions generates a working link.
For “yehcontractorcomplete.zip” Admin Functions throws the same error.
They are in the same bucket.
BTW: The previous post where I reference “yehcontractor…” should be “yehcontractorcomplete…”

GraphicBassMemberOK, thanks. I’ll need to use some other tracking method then.

GraphicBassMemberThanks for the reply.
Too bad about not being able to manipulate captions. I suppose I can build a caption into the image itself and use a larger image.
The second point: looks like the post you refer to might help. I’ll give it a try and report back.
Thanks!

GraphicBassMemberAlso: In NextGen gallery, I can have multiple images in a single file which then display in the lightbox. Does the lighbox option in eStore have this functionality?
Thanks!

GraphicBassMemberJust did this and it fixed the problem. I’ll remember to do member updates through eMember, rather than WP.
Thanks!
gary
GraphicBassMemberThat would be perfect. I plan to run sStore an eMember on Site B anyway, to capture sales that originate on that site, but this will accommodate my desire to aggregate all the customer info in one place.
I’ll just need to take care to load the products in the same order with the same information in both place, which will be easy as we’re just starting out.
Thanks!

BTW: I’m using the same license for eStore on two sites, just to get things set up. Do you offer a “deal” for the complete package (eMemer, eStore and Affiliate Platform) for current customers? No biggie if not, still a bargain foe the plugins – just askin’
GraphicBassMemberThat makes a lot of sense, and something I always forget. I will make that change and test it.
Thanks!

By “login.php” I mean the standard WordPress login page, bypassing the widget, which is how I normally login to administer the site. Members login this way if they bookmark the login page.

I’ve requested a current build and will install as soon as I receive it.
Thanks.

GraphicBassMemberPerfect! Thank will work for the short term. The custom short code is a good idea if this product actually sells enough to make that type of development feasible.
Thanks!

GraphicBassMemberSorry for the delay in responding — been sick.
Referring to the WP eMember login widget in the sidebar not the regular WP login page.

GraphicBassMemberSorry for the delay in answering. Been bogged down with other projects. I’ll work on this when my eyes are fresh in the morning. Thanks for the info!

GraphicBassMemberI had the same thing happen to me this evening. Turned out my administrator member level had a 1-year expiry date I hadn’t noticed. I went into mySQL through CPanel and manually change my privileges to “active” to be able to get back into the site.
Just my $.02.

GraphicBassMemberI’ll see what I can find elsewhere to debug; obviously I’m entering the link incorrectly in eStore settings.
