I have a number of free ebooks on my site. They are all present in the product listing, each at a price of $0.00. Visitors can download using a “download” link ([wp_eStore_download_now_button id=3])..
However, I notice the “sales count” remains at zero, even when I download them myself during testing.
Is this normal behavior? If so, how can I track downloads?

Nope, not in the sense of inventory control (only the encrypted download link is tracked for download restriction purpose).
OK, thanks. I’ll need to use some other tracking method then.
