I can´t get this to work. I have installed the Integration plugin and changed the checkout.php in Shopp.
When I test, it works, but whenever a customer comes in and buys, it doesn’t seem to be working and isn’t keeping up with other orders coming in.
My product that we want to track is at http://getbuttonedup.com/shop/weekly-agenda/
The affiliate-page is at http://getbuttonedup.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/login.php
The link is http://www.getbuttonedup.com/shop/weekly-agenda/?ap_id=theclutterdiet
This link is for my affiliate “theclutterdiet”. You can take a look using login: theclutterdiet, passw: weeklyagenda
Thank you for your help in advance.

I would recommend you check the following with your customer and make sure they didn’t make these mistakes:
– Clicking on the affiliate link properly to drop the cookie in the first place
– Investigate the link to make sure it actually has the correct “Affiliate ID” in the link (I have seen people make a typo in the affiliate ID when they create the link manually).
– Request him/her to tell you the steps that they performed to make the purchase (this way you will be able to see if they missed a step or avoiding something).

October 3, 2011 at 11:17 pm #37188adminKeymasterThe clicks do not care if the “Affiliate ID” is correct or not. As soon as the plugin detects an incoming link with affiliate parameter it drops a cookie with the affiliate ID and records the click. The affiliate ID really comes into play when the commission is to be awarded. Before a commission can be awarded it needs to query that affiliate’s profile to find out how much commission is set for this affiliate. If the “Affiliate ID” was wrong then it will fail to find this profile in the system and no commission will be given.
