When i create an unlimited redemption limit i am seeing that sometimes after one or two redemption’s then the next time some one uses the code it says it passed the limit. the other strange thing is . i just created a new product and gave code out to several people
product is $12 two of the three sales are for full price one is for the discounted price. i go to manage customers it dosnt show that anyone used the code. but when i look at the coupon details it shows three people have used it.
paypal confirms that two were for $12 and one for the discounted price.
WP version 3.2.1
e-store version v5.9.9.3 -> just upgraded but it was doing it before to
Thanks
September 28, 2011 at 2:45 am #37108stefansuarezMemberEnountered the same bug today.
The quick fix is to make the product limit 999999999999999999
then it will work.
Hoping they fix this issue permanently.
September 28, 2011 at 2:50 am #37109adminKeymasterUsing a large number (9999) in the coupon redemption limit should help. I have modified the plugin to do this automatically now. Please get a new build of the plugin from here:

After the update, run a test transaction with debug option enabled (apply the coupon so we can track and see what actually happens after the payment). This post will help you with the debug:

September 28, 2011 at 4:57 pm #37110xpunkxMemberI updated on my sandbox site and here is the IPN log with the sensitive stuff *****’d out. The infinite coupon code works but it still dosnt show up as a coupon used in the customer history.
[admin deleted debug]
September 29, 2011 at 1:18 am #37111adminKeymasterThank you… it definitely knows that a coupon was used for this transaction (the following line of the debug confirms it):
[09/28/2011 12:50 PM] - SUCCESS :Coupon Code Used : anothertest
This would mean that the plugin tried to update the database table with that info but it most likely failed (this can happen if the database table columns are out of sync). When you updated the plugin you did a deactivation and reactivation of this plugin right?
September 30, 2011 at 11:10 am #37112xpunkxMemberYeah I deactivate and reactivated on upgrade. at least this time.. there might have been a time in the past before i realized i was suppose to do that that i didnt
October 1, 2011 at 3:40 am #37113adminKeymasterI sent you an email to get site access so I can check it out.
