KeymasterI personally just use the standard WordPress’s comment functionality. However, I have heard good things about the following plugin:

KeymasterYou had a bunch of hidden HTML tags around that shortcode. I went to the “Text” mode of the editor and cleaned it up. Now, that shortcode is working fine.

KeymasterThank you. This site definitely has a PHP Session issue. Now, before going back to your provider lets eliminate the possibility that another plugin is not breaking it (a poorly coded plugin or theme can also break the PHP session functionality).
Can you please do the following test?

Basically, switch to the default theme and turn off all plugins except eStore (just temporarily) then test the add to cart functionality.

KeymasterEncrypting the PDF file itself is a very resource intensive operation so sometimes a share hosting can’t handle the processing (this is why it is an optional setting). Test a manual stamping with the PDF file encryption setting on. Can you successfully do stamping with the extra file encryption feature enabled? If your server can’t handle the file encryption then keep that feature disabled.

KeymasterAre you integrating the Stamper plugin with eStore by any chance? Or are you using it with a PayPal or ClickBank button directly?

Keymaster@Bruce, This usually happens for the following reason (that doesn’t seem to be the case for you though):
I am actually not sure what you mean by the following:
“After saving the change to the product in eStore, I went to the gallery and recovered the image from backup”
What gallery are you referring to? After you make changes to a product and save it, can you go back to editing that product and see the changed you made previously? I am trying to understand if the product save/update is failing or on the front end it is not taking the updated values.

KeymasterYeah you can bulk edit them in the database table easily. We have a video tutorial for it here:

KeymasterHi, Can you please share the URL of the page where I can go and add products to the cart? I will be able to test it and tell you for sure (Hosting providers like to say that everything is fine).

KeymasterYou can do that with a standard discount coupon. Have you configured a coupon that gives $5 discount without any condition? If you do that then the coupon will give $5 off every item. I think you should also try the % based discount. A % based discount is easier to work with.
When you say the code can be applied multiple time, you mean in the same checkout? Or different checkout?

KeymasterYes you can also send the phone, address street, city, state, zip, country field to the API and it will populate those too. What version of eMember are you using now?
That function is just a normal function in the plugin. You can take a look at eMember_misc_functions.php file for a list of functions.
