Best Commenter For Video & Audio Responses

Hi, I wondered if anyone could give me advise on which plugin would be best for replacing the current wp comments with a more interactive commentor (including audio and video responses to the videos we post) that does not interfere with eMember or the other tipsandtricks plugins?

I personally just use the standard WordPress’s comment functionality. However, I have heard good things about the following plugin:
